Some of our Whipped Foaming Sugar Scrubs and Artisan Soaps may naturally turn yellow, amber, tan, or brown over time. This is caused by vanillin, a component found in many fragrance oils, and is completely normal. This color change does not affect the scent, quality, performance, or freshness of the product.

While a vanilla color stabilizer can be added to help reduce discoloration, I choose to keep my formulas as simple and minimally additive as possible, so I do not use one. A little color change is simply part of the handmade magic. ✨
