Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of our handcrafted body care products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for lotions, body oils, scrubs, soaps, perfumes, or other personal care products once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive your Crafting Magic order exactly as intended. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund for the affected item when appropriate.

Fragrance Preferences

Fragrance is highly personal, and individual scent preferences can vary. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges because a customer does not like a fragrance or because it smells differently than expected.

Allergy & Skin Sensitivity

Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient information provided before purchasing. We recommend performing a small patch test before using a new body care product.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
